ProLon is a 5-day nutritional program that strongly stimulates regenerative and rejuvenating processes, while contributing to the regulation of the level of indicators related to the aging process, such as cholesterol, fasting glucose, and inflammatory processes.

Meals:

Ingredients:

• ProLon ingredients are based on substances of plant origin, are highly nutritious and do not contain any additives, preservatives* or chemicals, and are very tasty. The daily caloric value of meals ranges from 770 to 1,100 kcal.

* ProLon energy drink contains a natural preservative: polyelein.

Effects:

• loss of over 3.6 kg on average, mostly fat tissue from the abdominal area,
• increase in muscle mass appropriate to body weight,
• a 12 mg/dl drop in glucose levels in people with high fasting blood glucose (but not in those with low fasting blood glucose)
• drop in blood pressure – only in people with moderately high and high blood pressure (not low),
• a decrease in cholesterol levels by 20 mg/dl,
• in people from the risk group, a 60 ng/ml decrease in the level of IGF-1, which in many studies is indicated as associated with a higher incidence of cancer,
• a decrease and, in most cases, a return to normal level of C-reactive protein, which occurs in inflammation and is a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases,
• a 25 mg/dl decrease in triglyceride levels.
