Supramen – a dietary supplement whose ingredients help prepare for trying for offspring. The preparation is intended for adults – especially men who want to support fertility.
Ingredients

L-carnitine tartrate – carnitine, inositol, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, DL-alphatocopherol acetate – vitamin E, N-acetylL-carnitine, microcrystalline cellulose – bulking agent, L-arginine: magnesium salts of fatty acids – anti-caking agent, ubiquinone – coenzyme Q10, extract from tomato fruit – lycopene, L-glutathione, zinc citrate – zinc, cholecalciferol – vitamin D, sodium selenate IV – selenium, copper gluconate – copper, titanium dioxide – dye, glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, pteroylmonoglucosamic acid.

Component properties

Selenium, L-carnitine and L-arginine support the process of spermatogenesis, support microcirculation in the pelvic area, which promotes erection.

Zinc, copper, selenium, vitamin E, lycopene, coenzyme Q10 help protect cells from oxidative damage.

Zinc supports the regulation of hormonal balance (among others, it helps to maintain the proper level of testosterone in the blood).

Lycopene supports the proper fragmentation of sperm cell DNA.
Recommended daily intake

Adults: 2 capsules 2 times a day – during a meal.

Swallow the capsules and drink water.

Supplementation should last at least 3 months due to the maturation time of sperm cells, which averages 72 days.
