Difortan 100mg/g, ĹĽel, 2x100g
Composition: 1 gram of gel contains: active substance: 100mg etofenamate and auxiliary substances: isopropyl alcohol, glycerol, trolamine, carbomers, purified water.
Action: analgesic, anti-edema and anti-inflammatory.
Dosage: for topical application, on the skin. During each application, approximately 2.5 to 5 cm Difortan gel should be used. The medicine should be spread over the entire aching area, rubbing gently. Do not use the medicine on wounds. Treatment of muscle or joint injuries such as bruises, strains and dislocations and ligamentitis: 3 to 4 applications of Difortan daily for 14 days. Treatment of rheumatic diseases (rheumatism) such as arthritis and osteoarthritis: from 3 applications Difortan per day. Do not use Difortan for more than 14 days for muscle or joint injuries or 21 days for arthritis and joint pain associated with degenerative disease, unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
Contraindications: allergy to any component of the drug, do not use the drug on wounds. Difortan must not be used by pregnant women. Do not apply to damaged or infected skin, including areas with wounds and eczema. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. If the area where Difortan is used is exposed to sunlight, photodermatosis may occur. Hepatic or renal impairment.
