Phosphatidylcholine is a natural ingredient derived from soybeans, which is given into adipose tissue and causes the disruption of fat cells (adipocytes). After entering the cell it triggers the breakdown of triglycerides. Then, together with the lipoproteins, it is transported to the liver, where fat is broken down and excreted from the body.
