Neurobion Advance with vitamins B1, B6 and B12 helps to relieve symptoms such as numbness and tingling in the hands and feet that can be caused by nerve damage.
Action:

Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 contained in Neurobion Advance activate, regenerate and protect the nerves.
Indications:

Neurobion Advance is intended for use in adults for the prevention and treatment of vitamin B1, B6 and B12 deficiencies, which, in the event of insufficient intake, malabsorption, increased loss or increased need, can cause mixed sensorimotor polyneuropathy.
Dosage and method of use:

1 tablet a day,
the tablet should be swallowed with liquid,
consume during or after a meal.

Side effects:

signs of allergic reactions such as sweating, tachycardia (rapid heart rate) and skin reactions with itching and hives;
digestive complaints such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain;
discoloration of the urine (red discoloration of the urine that may occur in the first few hours after taking the tablet and usually disappears soon after discontinuation of treatment).

Contraindications:

the drug should not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age due to the high content of vitamin B1, B6 and B12,

Interactions:

Vitamin B6 may increase the severity of side effects and weaken the therapeutic effect of drugs containing levodopa.
Pyridoxine antagonists (isoniazid, cycloserine, penicillamine or hydralazine) may reduce the effectiveness of vitamin B6.
Long-term use of loop diuretics (drugs that increase the production and excretion of urine), such as furosemide, may accelerate the elimination of vitamin B1 and lower its levels in the blood, and may also cause lower levels of vitamin B6 in the blood.

Warnings and precautions:

do not use the drug in case of allergy to the active substance or additional ingredients of the drug,
