Composition of 1 tablet: sildenafil (Sildenafilum) 25 mg

Properties:Valinger contains the active ingredient sildenafil, which belongs to the group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis (penis), allowing blood to flow into your penis when you are sexually excited. Valinger will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated.

Valinger is used to treat men with erectile dysfunction, sometimes referred to as impotence. This is defined as the inability to get or keep a hard penis hard enough for sexual activity.

Valinger will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. The amount of time Valinger takes to work varies from person to person, but it normally takes between half an hour and one hour. Valinger may take longer to work if it is taken with a heavy meal.

Directions for use:The recommended dose is 25 mg (1 tablet). After consultation, the doctor may recommend a different dosage method. Valinger should be taken about one hour before sexual activity. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Contraindications:if you are allergic to sildenafil or any of the other ingredients of this medicine; if you are taking nitrates, as their concomitant use may cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure (if you are taking any of these drugs, tell your doctor; these drugs are often used to relieve the symptoms of angina); if you are taking medicines that elute nitric oxide (e.g. amyl nitrite, so-called poppers), as their concomitant use may cause a dangerous drop in your blood pressure; if you are taking riociguat (PDE5 inhibitors like Valinger have been shown to increase the blood pressure lowering effect of this medicine); if you have severe heart or liver problems; if you have had a recent stroke or heart attack or if you have low blood pressure; if you have certain rare inherited eye diseases (such as retinitis pigmentosa); if you have ever been diagnosed with loss of vision due to anterior ischemic optic neuropathy not related to arteritis.
