5x Maxon Forte, 50 mg/ 4 pills (20 pills)

Maxon Forte is sildenafil in a higher dose (50 mg) available without a prescription. The drug makes it easier to get and keep an erection. Maxon Forte should not be used by men for whom a lower dose of sildenafil (25 mg) is effective.
Composition

The active substance is sildenafil.

One tablet contains 50 mg of sildenafil as citrate.

Excipients: Tablet core: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silica. Tablet coating Opadry II 31F58914 white: hypromellose 15cP, lactose monohydrate, titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol 4000, sodium citrate dihydrate.
Dosage

Maxon Forte should always be used exactly as described in the package leaflet or according to the doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The 50 mg dose is intended only for men in whom the lower dose (25 mg) did not bring enough effect – the erection was not sufficient to achieve intercourse. If the drug in a smaller amount turned out to be effective – do not increase the dose.

How to dose this erection drug?

Maxon Forte should not be taken more than once a day.
The potency tablet should be taken about an hour before the planned sexual intercourse. Swallow it whole with a glass of water. The effect of the pill on an erection usually occurs within 30-60 minutes. A heavy meal can extend this time. Maxon Forte enables you to get an erection only if you are sexually aroused.

Action

The sildenafil contained in the medicine helps to relax the blood vessels in the penis. As a result, the blood fills the cavernous bodies in the penis more efficiently, which translates into a larger and more lasting erection.
Indications

Maxon Forte is intended for men who experience problems with erectile dysfunction – are unable to achieve or maintain a sufficient erection for sexual intercourse.
Contraindications

Maxon forte should not be used in case of allergy to the active substance (sildenafil) or excipients.

A contraindication is also the use of drugs from the group of nitrates, substances that release nitric oxide (including the so-called poppers). Medicines of this type are used medicinally to relieve the symptoms of angina (pain in the chest). Their combination with sildenafil can cause a severe and dangerous drop in blood pressure. The drug riociguat (used in pulmonary arterial hypertension) has a similar interaction.

Maxon Forte is also contraindicated in the event of severe heart disease, liver disease, recent stroke or heart attack, low blood pressure, hereditary retinal degenerative changes, or if the patient has ever been diagnosed with loss of vision as a result of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.
