The unique two-stage formula of XEROSKIN PEEL combines the beneficial effects of enzymes and alpha- and polyhydroxy acids in one treatment. Both acids and enzymes facilitate the replacement of dry, dead skin cells, but enzymes work specifically on the surface of the skin, while acids work deeper.

The treatment begins with the application of an enzyme cocktail, which includes fermented pumpkin enzymes, papain and bromelain. Enzymes gently dissolve proteins that form bonds between the cells of the stratum corneum and facilitate its exfoliation. Thanks to them, we smooth the skin texture, brighten its color and accelerate the process of regeneration of the skin’s natural hydrolipid barrier.

The second stage of the treatment combines a mild exfoliating effect with strong moisturizing properties of gluconolactone, mandelic acid and lactic acid. In addition, they bind and retain moisture in the epidermis, stimulate the production of ceramides and hyaluronic acid.

Lactobacillus Pumpkin Fruit Ferment Filtrate

Pumpkin enzymes obtained by fermentation of pumpkin with Lactobacillus lactis bacteria. They have mild exfoliating and antioxidant properties. Especially recommended for dry, sensitive and delicate skin.

Bromelain

This is an enzyme naturally found in pineapple. Its positive effect on the skin consists in gently exfoliating the epidermis, strengthening blood vessels and alleviating inflammation.

Lactobacillus Papaya Fruit Ferment Filtrate

Papain is a natural enzyme obtained from papaya fruit. Gently exfoliates the skin, moisturizes and brightens it. It helps to restore the natural skin renewal process. Applied regularly to the skin, it activates its immune system.

Gluconolactone

Polyhydroxy acid (PHA) that moisturizes dry and dehydrated skin. It retains all the features and abilities of alpha acids (AHA), but is devoid of irritating properties. It supports the reconstruction of the skin’s hydrolipid coat, reduces transepidermal water loss and its sensitivity to irritation. Thanks to which it also inhibits the aging process of the skin.

Almond acid

Alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA), which improves the condition of the skin, moisturizes and softens it. It rebuilds elastic fibers and increases skin elasticity. It reduces the visibility of wrinkles, brightens pigment spots and discolorations.

Lactic acid

It belongs to the group of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA). It regulates skin cell renewal, improving its structure and hydration. Seals the lipid barrier of the epidermis by stimulating the production of ceramides. It reduces fine wrinkles, increases skin elasticity and firmness. When added to a recipe, it increases the effectiveness of other active substances. It is extremely helpful in removing discolorations and small acne scars.
