Belotero fillers are manufactured using the patented Dynamic Cross-Linking Technology, which creates a single-phase, cohesive, multi-compacted gel (Cohesive Polydensified Matrix). As a result, products with the perfect proportions are obtained: cohesiveness, elasticity and plasticity, which adapt to the appropriate layers of the skin.

This affects their three main properties: product integration with the skin, product stay at the injection site and product resistance to external forces (pressure). This advanced technology provides the ability to produce products with different characteristics depending on the needs of the target skin layer.

The Belotero range has been approved by the FDA in 2011.

Belotero Balance with lidocaine serves to reduce mid-deep wrinkles and lip correction. Its cohesiveness allows optimal adaptation to the skin, without changing its structure and prevents gel migration.

Blanching technique

It is the only filler on the market with hyaluronic acid, which can be administered by blanching – and therefore very shallow, in the upper layers of the dermis (typical fillers are given deeper into the middle and deep layers of the dermis). It gives a very natural filling effect.
