Composition/Action
Lactic acid
It belongs to the group of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA). It regulates skin cell renewal, improving its structure and hydration. Seals the lipid barrier of the epidermis by stimulating the production of ceramides. It reduces fine wrinkles, increases skin elasticity and firmness. When added to a recipe, it increases the effectiveness of other active substances. It is extremely helpful in removing discolorations and small acne scars.
Salicylic acid
Beta-hydroxy acid (BHA), regulates skin cell renewal, exfoliates by loosening intercellular connections and removes unnecessary layers of keratinized epidermal cells. Thanks to its very good solubility in the fat phase of the skin, it penetrates through its stratum corneum and allows the removal of blackheads and excess sebum. Combined with alpha-hydroxy acids, it strengthens and accelerates their action. Indicated in acne therapy, to reduce post-inflammatory and sun discolorations and to reduce the visibility of shallow acne scars.
Almond acid
Alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA), which improves the condition of the skin, moisturizes and softens it. It rebuilds elastic fibers and increases skin elasticity. It reduces the visibility of wrinkles, brightens pigment spots and discolorations.
